I am very passionate about all parts of your company being linked together. I hate when you have to put the same info in multiple systems. Every system, every software, every department, every employee must be linked together so that the whole company acts as one unit moving towards the common goal. I love having information at your finger tips to make business decisions. I personally hate dealing with a company that does not know what I bought and when, that can't predict what I want to buy, who sends me info to buy something I already bought from them... You get the picture. With technology there is no reason in today's market place not to track all aspects of your customer's interaction with your company. Not only is it possible but customers are starting to demand it, and if you don't provide a positive customer experience, your competition will.
